You must thrive working both collaboratively and independently on all phases of projects including: client interface, schematic design, consultant coordination, construction documents, and construction administration. We currently are looking for the following positions: JUNIOR DESIGNER Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with our senior designers and project lead as a supporting staff member in performing professional services and producing deliverables. - The responsibilities would include developing designs, drafting, elevation renderings, CAD drawings, and maintain project documentation - Work closely with team to help produce and coordinate highly-detailed project drawing set under the supervision of the project lead - Support the team all areas of architectural design: presentation, design development, construction documentation, detailing and creativity. Requirements & Qualifications: - A degree in Architecture - Prior internship experience in an architectural office required, at least one semester at a minimum - Ability to produce a complete set of construction documents - Solid knowledge & experience in Revit, SketchUp & AutoCAD - Additional Skills: Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines - Strong work ethic and design sense - Able to work individually and as part of a team ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER Duties and Responsibilities: - Manages project services required; monitors and documents project process. - Develops and maintains a Project Plan for each project. - Serves as primary contact with client, external consultants and vendors. - Receives and distributes project communication regarding delivery of services to all team leaders. - Documents all phases of service. - Holds weekly project coordination meetings on all active projects.
